Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances: (a) event cancellation; (b) significant change to event date or venue; (c) as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a full refund including service fees. Refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days depending on your payment method.
3. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered for: (a) verified medical emergencies (with documentation); (b) severe weather conditions preventing attendance (at our discretion).
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) service fees; (b) convenience fees; (c) tickets for events that occur as scheduled; (d) tickets purchased within 48 hours of the event.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at refunds@goticket.com with your order number and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
