5. Refunds & Cancellations

3. TicketGoo acts as an intermediary; ultimate responsibility for refunds lies with the Event Organizer.

6. Event Organizer Responsibilities

1. Event Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details (venue, timing, pricing).
2. TicketGoo is not liable for disputes, event quality, or organizer-related issues.
3. Organizers must comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and safety regulations.

7. User Responsibilities

1. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details before purchase.
2. You must not resell, duplicate, or forge tickets. Unauthorized resale may void the ticket.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. TicketGoo provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
2. We are not liable for losses, damages, or expenses caused by:
