TicketGoo – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using TicketGoo to purchase your event tickets. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Definitions
- “Event Organizer” refers to the person, company, or entity putting on the event for which tickets are sold.
- “Purchaser” means the person who buys the ticket via TicketGoo.
- “Ticket” is any ticket (physical or electronic) issued or sold via TicketGoo.
- “TicketGoo”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to TicketGoo as the ticketing platform.
2. General Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Event Cancellation
- If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, Purchasers are entitled to a full refund of the face value of the tickets plus any non-refundable fees as per the Event Organizer’s policy.
- Event Postponement
- If the Event is postponed to a new date, Purchasers may:
- Keep their ticket, which will be valid on the new date; or
- Request a refund if they cannot attend on the rescheduled date (within the deadline specified).
- Event Venue Change
- If the Venue is changed to a location substantially different (e.g., different city or very distant from the original venue), Purchasers may request a refund. Minor changes within the same area may not qualify.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Login to your TicketGoo account.
- Go to My Tickets / Orders.
- Select the order for the event.
- Click Request Refund (if available) and follow the instructions.
- Provide all required information including the reason for refund and payment details.
- Submit the request before the event’s refund deadline.
4. Deadlines & Processing
- Refund requests must usually be submitted [X days] prior to the scheduled event, unless otherwise specified.
- For postponed events, refund requests must be made within [Y days] after the new date is announced.
- Approved refunds will be processed within [Z business days] to your original payment method.
5. Fees & Deductions
- Refunds will generally include the face value of the ticket.
- Non-refundable service or processing fees may be deducted as per the Event Organizer’s policy.
- In case of partial refunds, fees will be prorated.
6. Exceptions
- No Show: Failure to attend an event does not qualify for a refund.
- Force Majeure: If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will follow the Event Organizer’s policy.
- Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased through a reseller, their policy applies. TicketGoo is not responsible for third-party transactions.
